Installing on Windows
Download CircuProbeSetup-1.1.exe and double-click it to install — no administrator rights are needed. The first time you run it, Windows may show a blue "Windows protected your PC" screen because the app isn't yet code-signed — click More info, then Run anyway. This is expected for a new publisher and does not mean anything is wrong. (Older portable releases: unzip the whole folder and run CircuProbe.exe from inside it, next to the _internal folder.)
