- We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of your order and will email you when it's on its way.
Changed your mind? 14 days to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason from the moment you place it until 14 days after the day you receive it. Just tell us by email, with your name and order details.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you're cancelling.
- We'll refund the full price within 14 days of getting the item back (or of you showing us proof you've sent it), using your original payment method.

- You can unpack and try the product as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
